Infants aged 0 - 1 ride Free of Charge on a parent/guardians lap.
For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, an additional adjacent seat is allocated on board the helicopter with a surcharge incorporated into the fare type.

All passengers must be fit, able and have a moderate to high level of mobility to safely load and unload the helicopter without assistance.
Steps and platforms are required to enter the helicopter.
Enclosed toe, non slip footwear is recommended for this activity, as is long sleeve clothing where temperatures allows.
